WHY WAS THE CCS FORMED
The CCS was formed in response to the Colorado Chiropractic Association’s (CCA) approved new standards of care at their annual business meeting on September 11, 2015. “CCA’s new standards of care eliminate the need to make a diagnosis prior to chiropractic treatment. Diagnosis is the key to successful treatment and it is legal and ethical to gain informed consent which requires a diagnosis prior to treatment” said James Lehman, DC, MBA, FACO.
